Out of date!

Its frustrating that the new 2016 version of this handbook has been available for almost a full month, but the app has not been updated to reflect. Additionally, the contents button does not work well on iOS, sometimes it is completely unresponsive. For an app that is made by an organization such as the BSA, I expect more. Give us a product we can realistically use. Finally, why is this app not available for iPads? The pages are identical to the paperback book (which is good) and on a phone, its difficult to really use. Please release an iPad variant so that we can get better use.
